Issued on July 6, 2001.
The design and protective elements of banknotes of 2001 year of issue are the same as of banknotes of 1995, except for the following changes:
the "Bank Governor" inscription on the banknote obverse is changed for the "Governor" and together with the inscription it is transferred from the lower to the upper part of the banknote and is located beneath the "National Bank of Ukraine" inscription to the left from the word "Ukraine".
On the banknote reverse the inscription "1995" is changed for "2001" , the year of banknote issue.
