Technical description
"60 Years of Liberation of Ukraine from Fascist Invaders" change coin of 1 Hryvnia denomination is dedicated to 60th anniversary of liberation of Ukraine from fascist invaders, to participants of 1941-1945 operations, to veterans of labour front and to commemorate the killed in the fight against fascism. On the coin obverse above there is the Small State Emblem of Ukraine; beneath - the coin mintage year - 2004 and within the frame of an old-rus ornamental pattern there is a three-lined inscription: ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÀ / 1 / ÃÐÈÂÍß, as well as the Mint logo of the National bank of Ukraine. On the coin reverse there is an inscription: "60 Years of liberation of Ukraine from fascist invaders" and a depiction of a lapel of the Great Patriotic War veteran's jacket with decorations: the Glory order and medals: "For bravery", "For fighting services", "For Defence of Kyiv", etc. Artists and sculptors: Roman Chaikovsky and Volodymyr Demianenko. |
