Jubilee coins of 10 and 5 Hryvnias denomination are dedicated to the central
bank of Ukraine, the only issuing centre of the state, carrying out consistent
monetary policy and securing the efficient functioning of the state banking
system and stability of the national monetary unit, Hryvnia.

On the coin obverse
between two ornamental slits there is the Small State Emblem of Ukraine and the
four line inscriptions: on the silver coin: ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÀ, 2001, 10, ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ, as well
as Ag 925, the metal designation and 31,1, its weight; on the German silver
coin: ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÀ, 2001, 5, ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ and on both coins there is the depiction of the
Mint logo of the National Bank of Ukraine.

On the coin reverse
there is the facade depiction of the bank capital building (architects:
O.Kobelev and O.Verbytskiy) above which the logo of the National Bank of Ukraine
is depicted and the circular inscription: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ and beneath,
in two lines: 10 ÐÎʲÂ.
