10th Anniversary of adoption of the Act on Ukraine Independence by Verkhovna
Rada of Ukraine on August 24, 1991.

On the coin obverse
within the beads circumference there is a depiction of a crowned with a wreath
composition, embodying the idea of Ukraine unification: the small State Emblem
of Ukraine enframed with a vegetable ornamentation is supported by a lion and a
Cossack holding a musket. Around the coin circumference there are inscriptions:
on the golden coin: ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÀ, 10 ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ, 2001 ð., designation of metal Au 900 and its weight 3,88.
on the silver coin: ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÀ, 20 ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ, 2001 ð., as well as designation of metal - Ag 925 and its weight 62,2;
on the german silver coin: ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÀ, 5 ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ, 2001 ð.
On all coins there is and the Mint logo of the National Bank of Ukraine.
