Meeting of the Board of Governors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and
Development (EBRD).

On the coin obverse there is a depiction of Small State Emblem of Ukraine within a square, made by
the following inscriptions: ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÀ (above), 2 ÃÐÈÂͲ (underneath), 1998 (at the
left).

On the coin reverse
there is a logotype of the Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Kyiv in 1998,
consisting of a depiction of the monument to the legendary founders of Kyiv and
the EBRD logotype within a frame of inscriptions: EBRD ANNUAL MEETING
(underneath), BOARD OF GOVERNORS (at the right), KYIV MAY 1998 (at the left).
