The coins are dedicated to the L'viv state academic
opera and ballet theatre named after Ivan Franko, one of the outstanding centers
of Ukrainian opera and ballet school.

On the coin obverse there are depicted: the small State Emblem of Ukraine, the image of lyre between
the Comedy and the Tragedy sculptors decorating the theatre interior, the Mint
logo and inscriptions: on the silver coin - ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÀ, 2000, 10, ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ and
designation of metal Ag, its standard: 925, its weight 31,1; on the German
silver coin - ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÀ, 2000, 5, ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ.
